Request a password reset
Use a reset message to regain access to your account.
This page
- Enter the email address you use to sign in and submit the reset request.
- Read the confirmation and check the inbox and junk folder for that address.
- Open the latest reset link and enter and confirm a new password.
- Return to sign-in after the password is reset. Request another link if the previous one has expired.

Use the menu and account switcher to get to the right place.
- Open the main menu.
- Choose the feature you want from the available sections.
- If you have more than one role, open the account menu and switch profiles.
- Return to this Help panel whenever you need the next step.
